How to Create users in report server

Hi Guys,&nbsp;I am totally new to Report server not to power Bi desktop and service. I need a clarity on how to create a user in report server or the ways to create user(role based). Help me on this.&nbsp;&nbsp;

In Reporting Services&nbsp;you can manage permissions for existing users (e.g. windows users in your Active Directory domain or workgroup), but you cannot create or delete users.
