How persistent Filter in Embed Link

Good Start of Week everyone!

So i have this issues everytime that user are using a embed link of a report and he select a Month into the Year after refresh this month come back into the Previous Month of how the report was publish, i want to know if there a way that this filter persist for every user in the month that he/her select after a Refresh.

For Example i select July

But after i refresh the Page the filter go again into Dec

BTW this is happening only when are using a EMBED LINK the normal environment

This sounds by design, you refresh or refresh your browser, the cache is released and the persistent filters naturally don't work.
