Hi @Dee_KV,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Forum Community, and special thanks to @tayloramy  for prompt and helpful responses.

This error usually occurs when Power BI is unable to create a backend session due to network or authentication issues. It is often seen when using VPNs, restrictive firewalls, or unstable network connections that block access to *.analysis.windows.net. Signing out and back into Power BI Service, clearing browser cache/cookies, or testing in an InPrivate/Incognito window can help rule out token or browser issues. If the workspace is on Premium or Fabric capacity, it’s also worth checking whether the capacity is paused or under heavy load. In most cases, this is not caused by the report itself but by connectivity or capacity related constraints.

Thanks & Regards,

Prasanna Kumar

Hi @Dee_KV

Can you please post a higher resolution screenshot? We can't read the error message in that image.

Can you also copy and paste in the error message?

Hi @Dee_KV

Is there a firewall blocking access to some Fabric services on your system?

Please double check that all the ports listed on this page are open:
