Dataset Refresh logs

I have posted this question before and not received a useful answer, but somehow it was marked as Solved, so trying again.

I am trying to access this data from the DataSet Settings page:

Logging is enabled but the logs (and the performance reports based on them) do not include this data .  The closest I can get is this and it isn't useful:

Where can I get the the very simple data displayed on the DataSet Settings View History window?

Nope.  That tool requires a dataset ID which no user will ever recognize and doesn't return a report.  I;m going to start poking around in the logs to see what I can find.

It looks like this only pulls the ID as well (no dataset name) but I will check it out.
