Data Security in Report server for huge number of users

Hi All,

We have dashboards created for different countries. For each country we have User hierarchy. Each Area managers have multiple supervisors and each supervisor manages different Sales Rep.

I want to create a data security for these users based on their designation. Sales Rep should see only that store data where he has conducted the survey. Supervisor should see all those stores that are visited by the sales Reps he is managing and Area manager should see all the stores that his supervisor is managing.

We have huge number of Sales Reps and hence creating roles(RLS) for each Sales Rep is not an option. Is there any other way we can do this?
