Data Refresh

I am new to Power BI and am experiencing a few issues with my data. When I publish my report from the Power BI desktop to the service, I can see my report and my dataset in my workspace.  I have the data tied to a SQL database and the data in the tables gets refreshed via SSIS on a regular basis.  I am able to refresh the data in the data view in the desktop and republish it to the service but am not able to refresh it in the service.  I can see the error below when  try to refresh it fro within the service, but need help understanding what steps to take correct and schedule this.

I would appreciate any help as I really have no idea why this isn't working.

If your data source is on-premise then you need to set up a gateway, create the connection on the gateway,  specify the credentials, select the gateway connection for your dataset, and then maybe even re-apply the credentials too.  Easy, right?
