Hi i want to know why the format of my date looks like sum,

Because it is simply, math
For year 1899

1899 - 2020 = -121
121 * 12 = -1452

for MONTH(TODAY())=7
1 - 7 = -6
Finally
-1452 + (-6)= -1458

What else do you expect?
