Could Not Load Folder Contents

I have seen various comments on this topic but am still getting this issue.  Is there a set of specific steps one must do to get the capabilities to upload a PBIX, manage a folder, etc. so users can see the report?  We have created groups for each role and I have been assigned to the Admin role.  I have read the "threads" and MS documentation.  Should not be this hard.  I just want to get the reports uploaded/saved so they can use them.

Hi @Razorbx13 ,

This is a permission issue on the folder. In this case home folder. Log into the PowerBI Server as Admin and assign your new user browser permission on the home folder.

For more information, you can refer to

PBIRS Could not load folder contents

SSRS Error: Could not load folder content

Hope it helps!
