We recently updated to the June release of the report server, and now scheduled refreshes are failing constantly. Almost all of them fail with the message:
[0] 0: There is no data in the database for @CatalogItemId=[CatalogItemId];@ContentType=DataModel
There is definitely data in the database, and querying from SSMS will load it every time. I've never had a refresh fail within PowerBI desktop either, only on the server. Manually refreshing sometimes causes it go through successfully, but sometimes that fails too.
It seems the solution was "Delete the dashboard and re-upload the exact same file." Not great, but at least it's back up and running.
Hi @SamKrygsheld ,
I guess you mean may 2020? Do you connected to the new/updated Database? Take a look into the Report Server Configuration manager and check the database :).
Best, Kathrin
