Change Report Server URLs

We tried changing the URLs for our on premise report server earlier today (to give them user friendly names) and came across weird issues that made us rollback to the original URLs.  We were able to change the host headers, but once we did and re-started the services, we could no longer open any reports.  Also I could no longer deploy reports to the report server via the Power BI desktop.  Has anyone come across this and have a solution?  We confirmed the changes had been made to the reportserver.config file.   Thanks in advance!

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Please open report server configuration manager, find we service URL and Web portal URL, check if you are able to access report server and web portal with these two URLs.
