Cannot create Scorecard in Power BI Goals
I cannot create a Scorecard in Power BI Goals. After I fill in the name, select the workspace, and click the Create button, nothing happens. There are no error messages and nothing shows up under All...
We found that our Tenant and Capacity are in different regions and Multi-geo is not supported for Goals Scorecards. MS is aware that it will not throw an error if you try to create a scorecard with this set up.

We have exactly the same issue. But we have the Tenant and Capacity in the same region.
What else can cause this error?
