Can we replace SQL Server Report Services with Power BI Report Server

Please understand, I am NOT talking about Power BI Report vs. SQL Server Report.

Can I use my legacy SSRS reports and the Power BI reports both on the Power BI Report and STOP using the SQL Server Reporting Services?

In other words, can I completely replace the SQL Server reporting server with the Power BI reporting server?

Yes. PowerBI Report Server == (SQL Server Reporting Services + PowerBI Features). RDL based reports are fully compatiable.

What about connectnig to SQL server dababases? Is that available?

Yes. If you are using SSRS/Paginated Reports, you can still use the regular data connections. With Power BI reports you can access only the Analysis Services.
