Attachments from sharepoint do not appear on public link

I have set an Power BI report with the data from a sharepoint list that has image attachments. When i use the public link i can see the images, but if i share that link with someone else they cannot see it. How do i fix this?

How do you display image in Power BI ? using "url image" ?

Yes. They appear to me, but not to anyone i share the public link with.

Missing authorization.. Try to open your image folder to everyone and then see what happen

The images are not in a folder, they are attachments.

It's in attachments in a SharePoint library, right?

Yes, but i have already tried having the entire thing to be able to share with "anyone with a link" in the permissions setting, but others still cannot see the images.

Try just to add one use to this library and see what happen
