Help with Two Tab Report formatting

Hello,

How can this problem be fixed. I have a two Tab Report in report Builder. When only one Tab is returned both the empty sheet header and the tab with records are returned on top of each other. When you manually delete the upper sheet you are left with the next sheet below.

You can see from the sheet below that they are empty columns created on the tab with records but this does not happen when you have both Tabs returned.

I would check the Page Break option and select what works better

Also, you can set it up on the Properties panel
