ADFS and mobile auth

we are trying to configure ADFS and MObile connectivity to our on prem PowerBI server

i have followed guides

i am unable to complete sections regarding 'Constrained Delegation Configuration'

we already have ADFS and WAP servers in use for our on prem sharepoint site

the WAP server is a DMZ server and not on our domain, but in a workgroup

can anyone please offer advice or assistance in getting, ADFS initially working, and then using the mobile app?

Which step you cannot complete in Constrained Delegation Configuration, any error messages or notifications?

i can't do any of the following because my WAP server is not on the domain

1. Find the machine account for your WAP server. By default, it will be in the computers container.

2. Right-click the WAP server and go to Properties.

3. Select the Delegation tab.

4. Select Trust this computer for delegation to specified services only and then Use any authentication protocol.
