Column has multiple values, if any mutliple value comes in column; i want to convert all that multiple value of the columns to one row. Please help.

1. Open power query editor.
2. transform >> pivot column
3. pivot on DEPT column and expand the advanced options and select don't aggregate.
you will get your desired result. I did this. below is the ss.
rename the first column as rank.
