Hi - was wondering if anyone has ever had this issue.

I recently merged separate worksheets with data into one workbook using power query. Wanted to consolidate information from across the company. The file is saved on a shared network and works for me (i.e. datasouces update). However, when my co-workers open the file we get a message saying "could not connect to data source" or "could not find part of the path". Why is this happening? How can i fix this issue so that anyone with access to the network can view the file without any issues?

Thanks

Do your colleagues have access to all the sources? If yes, do they have the same network settings, e.g. the shared drive mapped as R drive? Could it be that at least one of them was local to your machine and that doesn't allow the refresh to progress?
