@bangararajuch,
What do you mean "unable to access the client environment url's due to security concerns"?
You can copy the PBIX file, go to Query Editor of the copied PBIX file, and change sharePoint online url in the Advanced Editor of the query.

Lydia
@bangararajuch,
Do you create the report in Power BI Desktop or directly connect to SharePoint online site in Power BI Service? If you use Power BI Desktop, go to query editor, click on your query and choose "Advanced Editor", then change SharePoint online url in the source code.
However, if you directly connect to SharePoint online site in Power BI Service and create report, it is not possible to change the source URL. Instead, you can connect to SharePoint online integration & Production Environments URLs in Power BI Service, then copy visuals between reports, there is a similar thread for your reference.

Thanks Lydia for the solution.
One more doubt, Using the Power BI Desktop unable to access the client environment url's due to security concerns.
Can i use the Power BI Desktop free version in client environemnt and copy the existing dev enviornment .pbix and do the related changes and publish the url.
Is it possible?
Can you give valuable solution to continue without effecting the environemnts.
