Request you please advice, How to get the storage used by Workspace, report, dataset,size of the report using API's and also How to find the owner of the workspace using API's. Please let me know the how we get mentiond details using API's.

Please specify what you mean by "storage".  Compressed, uncompressed, Power BI, Fabric?

@lbendlin Sorry, I am mainly looking Power BI Premium Capacity Storage usage in each premium capacity workspaces.

For what purpose?  There are no storage charges in Premium. That is introduced in Fabric.

As a part of Power BI Governance, we would like to see how much power BI premium capacity storage used by each department and inform them the usage details for cleaning up the workspaces. I am not able to find how much GB used by workspace or Premium capacity workspaces.

That's a solution looking for a problem.  Focus on stuff that really counts - reducing the CUs.

If you must - approximate item sizes are reported in the Capacity Metrics App and in the tenant audit logs.  They are approximate.
