skipping corrupt files with combine binaries

I am pulling from a sharepoint folder, hundreds of .xlsm files.  If there is one that is corrupt it obviously makes the load fail, how can i skip corrupt files?

What is the error message do you get? In Query Editor of Power BI Desktop, you are able to filter out the corrupted file. There is an example for your reference.
