"connect" button is not showing on the authentication screen

Hello, i have a user who is not able to refresh a query for a report. It is a query pulling from a SQL table. It's strange but the "connect" button is not showing on the authentication screen. The user does have read permissions to the table.

@Anonymous , thanks for the reply. When the user attempts to clear permissions there isnt any yes or no button to click on. Also excel freezes up and we had to end the task with task manager.

Clear the permission in datasource setting and connect again.
