"Refresh Now" doesn't seem to work for my file

I connected an excel file with a Power Pivot data model from Ondrive for Business. The documentation seems to suggest this should refresh automatically, but the new data I've added doesn't seem to show up. "Refresh Now" also doesn't seem to do anything.
