"From Odata data feed (legacy)"legacy wizard equivalent in Power BI

Hi all, I managed from Excel to connect to an OData feed, using the "From Odata data feed (legacy)"legacy wizard. After entering the user name and password required to that feed, it worked nicely... But when I tried the same with the OData connector in Power BI I got the following message:

Capture.JPG

Any clue how I should proceed, maybe using another connector??

Thx in advance for your inputs,

Ben

Hi @Anonymous

The odata data feed(legacy) in excel is different with the odata connector in Power BI.

Before try any methods, go to "Option"->clear cache, and go to "data source setting"->clear permission for this odata url, also update Power BI to the last version.

Then you can try to enter root odata url in the odata connector, then if it pops out a window, enter the right credential.

If this doesn't work, please use Fildder web debugger to monitor.

Here are some cases you can refer to:

Really tough to troubleshoot that. You could check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
