hello I have an issue with collecting data from multiple CSV files
I have several CSV files that have the data in vertical order with heders in column 1 and data in column 2.
I need to program a query to collect the data from all the CSVs that I put in a file, take the data from each column 2, and present them to an excel sheet in lines.
The problem is that when it takes the decimal numbers it removes the decimal point "." and the numbers are wrong
Hi @pchazirakis ,
Are their column types Whole Number or Decimal Number?
I have a simple test on my side, everything works fine. My PBI version is the lastest one——Version: 2.102.845.0 64-bit (February 2022)
Could you please share me with your CSV or pbix file after removing sensitive data to help us clarify your scenario?
Best Regards,
Eyelyn Qin

hello thanks for all your help I'm not very familiar with coding
my goal is from multiple CSV files with the below configuration to collect the second column make it vertical and make a table with the above values
I have made it to create the table but the numbers are not recognized the decimal point is deleted, the issue is that if the number is "0.014" it is transferred as "14" to the table if the number is "1.4" it is transferred as "14" and etc.
I need a step to replace the "." with "," in all the CSV files. I mast mention that the "," is used to separate the columns
below I have the data from the CSV file :
start of CSV file

Hi @pchazirakis ,
Can you provide examples of what your raw CSV data looks like, clarify whether the CSV files hold the same type of data in the same structure as each other, and provide an example of what you want the final output to look like please?
