missing rows in power Bi from Power Query

Hi everyone, 

I have a problem with a table in my powerQuery importing data to Power BI

So I have this table 'History' in my power query, and you can see that there is a value 'PIL-137578' in the column key.
But when I'm looking at this table in power BI desktop, I can't get this key and I have the same problem on a lot of other rows.
Obviously i cleaned all my filters, I did 2 refresh but nothing change. 
Does anyone has an idea of what is going on ?

Hi Anonymous, just to be sure that we don't missing something out. What do you exactly mean by "But when I'm looking at this table in power BI desktop, I can't get this key and I have the same problem on a lot of other rows." How did you try to find the key? If you tried to use the drop down list it might not work because the number of listed items is limited. Did you try to set an explicit "Equals" filter from drop down menu on top of the key column?

Alright, this solution was weird and I don't remember exactly where I found it. I think it was related to Power Query not propagating a sort on a column or something like that and the solution was to put a "fake" step so Power Query writes somewhere the new sort order.

Anyway, the solution I did was to put a bogus sorting step on one column. I closed and applied and went to check in Table View and my missing two rows now appeared. I went back in Power Query to remove the bogus step then closed and applied. My missing two rows were still there. 

No more data was missing for no reason.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Just to double-check, did you refresh the data in Power BI Desktop or in Power Query Editor? Just want to check if the data you're looking for is still in the data source itself.

Refresh in Desktop:

If it's there, but not in the table view, be sure to right-click on the top of the column and clear all filters. Sometims we may forgot about the old filter from a few hours ago.

If it still doesn't appear, try filtering only for missing data in Query Editor and see if it appears in the visual.

are there any errors in the query on refresh?

if not,

try filtering the columns in PQ on some examples of the ID's. Do these load when specifically filtered?
