missing columns getting data from ActivityInfo (export via API)

Hi,

I followed this tutorial https://www.activityinfo.org/support/docs/m/84880/l/1111841.html

to connect POWER BI Desktop and ActivityInfo. After getting the data (the list is automatically converted to table), I can see that there are some columns missing. In particular, it is always the columns titled "other, specify". It is weird because some of these columns are correctly imported, while others are just omitted (none of them are empty columns and the format is the same).

Below there is a screenshot. After "Rank the first..", there is the column "other, specify", then "Rank the second ..". There should be another column "other, specify"  

Any help? Thanks
