Please help with sorting I tried all the tricks I know. see screenshots below as an example

select the first column and "Sort By Column" of second column
Hi @mespiritu You have to sort Employment_Retention in the power bi desktop by column "Sort by Emp Ret". To do this in power bi desktop, go to Table View > Select Employment_Retention > then click Sort By Column option > Select column "Sort by Emp Ret" and you are done. See image how you can achieve this in power bi:
