font error

hoping someone can help as i imported a background theme from a PPT however i am blocked now with an error code seen below. Any ideas or tricks to solve? Thanks much.

What do you mean "import a backgroud theme from a PPT"? Could you please describe more steps so that we can reproduce? 

In addition, you can import report theme following the guide in this article:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-report-themes.
