extracting html table from outlook using power query

Hi,
I am trying to extract html table from outlook emails but I got only the text as a separated words not as a format of table ,
I expanded the column containg record of table (HtmlBody,HtmlText) before applying custom function ?
I used below function and got the error of can not convert to binary.
is this anyway to get the table from email as a table also ?
