error while getting data from Excel file

please I need help as I face an error while getting data from Excel file especially if that excel file located on a shared network

Hello Eno,

Yes I've installed that software and is not the reason for that error, I got the issue root cause. It perhaps back to excel file extension "Xlsb", when I changed to the default extension, the error went away
