Could someone guide me in here: there are 2 tables
1st table A has a column named P_type where one of the valus named "Maintenance&Support" is needed to be chosen as filter
2st table B has a column named Gate where value is needed to be added as name "no needed"
"If P_Type (table A) = Maintenance & Support (table a)-> It will show new name “not needed”( table B,column Gate)"

It's not clear. Can you provide some sample data and explain it in more details.
Do you have two table visuals in the report and want to click on one column "P_Type" in table A to filter the result in table B visual? If so, you need to use a measure rather than a calculated column. Put this measure into the second table visual.

SELECTEDVALUE ( 'table A'[P_Type] ) = "Maintenance & Support",
"No needed",
"other name"
)
If above measure doesn't work, please provide some sample data and expected result to help us understand it better.
