Writing data back from PowerBI to datasource

Hi all,

One of our clients has a very specific request and as I'm relatively new to PowerBI I do not know whether their issue can actually be resolved using PowerBI.

The client wants to design an app which can not only display visualizations but also includes functionalities which can for instant upload new datasets or images to the app and write this data back to their datawarehouse.

Another functionality they want to include is being able to add and write back specific data such as answers to questions as:

Is this image verified?

1. Yes

2. No

Do you have any idea if and how this would be possible with PowerBI or perhaps with PowerApps?

Kind regards,

Floris

Yes, I think you can do this with the Power Apps widget inside of Power Bi or simply Power Apps by itself. I'm not an expert in Power Apps, but one of the concerns I would have it if it supports uploads from your local computer.
