Hi,
I have a dataset with time and date and two indicators "Confirmed error" and "No error".
Im trying to calculate the time from the first "Confirmed error" to the next "No error". Sometimes multiple "Confirmed errors" are in a row and sometimes there is just one.
Im at a loss on how to calculate this.
Is anyone able to assist?
Here is the multiple errors in a row
And here is the one
Thanks @lbendlin
Unfortunately I cannot seem to paste my data in to this site without issues around HTML formatting. I even get errors when I create a table using the built in tools and type data into it.
This may be due to firewalls etc between me and this platform.
However my expections is below, if utilising the screenshots you are able to help that would be great. Otherwise Ill work on another way of getting around this issue.
My expectation is as follows. I need to work out how to calculate the amount of time that the error existed. Where there are errors I need to work out the time from then to the next No error. (Understanding the time in error). If the error continues beyond more than one entry that is added to the calculation.
For example it would work if each entry with the Error level of Confirmed error calculated had another calculated column that would calculate the time from the Date/Time column till the next entry.
sorry, no screenshots. Follow the guidance in the link I posted.
