In order to support my request for help (my question), I would like to insert an Excel file but could not find where to click to attach it.
Surf over each icon but unable to find where.
Am I missing something?????

Sometimes we just need to know your table structure( like what columns are in the tables, what's the relationships between tables) and your expected outputs, then we could do helps. The blog is talking about How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly
So if you could not share your files on some cloud services, you could built some dummy data to help us clarify your scenario instead of uploading the whole data.You could share some data screenshots, or insert values in Table format.

Unfortunately, due to company's policy.. and therefore IT restriction, I cannot use the cloud
You've likely noticed that some posts have attachments and wonder how to do it yourself. It's not possible to attach files to your post unless you have a special account type like a Super User or the Microsoft Customer Support Team.
The workaround is to include the data by linking to a copy in the cloud or include it within your post itself. The link @Vijay_A_Verma provides more detail about these options.
