I am trying to use the PowerBI Power Query Editor and try to transform/combine the following data:
context | time | value | uom |
10 | 12:00 | 123 | cycle |
10 | 12:00 | 50 | mm |
11 | 12:50 | 124 | cycle |
11 | 12:50 | 52 | mm |
to
context | cycle | mm | time |
10 | 123 | 50 | 12:00 |
11 | 124 | 52 | 12:50 |
Is this possible with the functions in the Power Query Editor ribbon? (if so, at which functions should I look into)

You can use Pivot Column under transform tab.
Select uom column, Pivot, values column: value, advanced options: Don't aggregate.
