Visuals with different defined time periods

I work with agreements, and all the agreements have different starting dates, and they last for 4 years. To follow up how much the agreements are being used I need to see how much are being used every year of the agreement.

I also have the expences for all suppliers sorted by dates.

How can I makes visuals so that I can see the expences for suppliers for each of the 4 years

Example: Supplier A, year 1 (March 20-February 21), year 2 (March 21-February 22), Year 3 etc.

               Supplier B, year 1 (July 2023-July 2024), etc.

you can create a standard calendar table for those 4 years

then you can count the suppliers depending on their agreements periods.
