Using Julian dates as parameters in query

I am using an API that requires dates to be passed as Julian Date parameters.

Is there a way I can convert a "DD/MM/YYYY" date to the required format.

Here is a snip from the source line in Advanced Editor:

...../expenses?query.expenseDateFrom=1685622435&query.expenseDateTo=2085622435"......
