Update date based in a if statement in Power Query

Hi you all,
Hit a wall trying to figure how to update a custom column in Power Query:

Here is an example of what I'm trying to accomplish. Have 3 columns with data, and the Update one I used the code:

if [Column A] <> null and [Column B] <> null and [Column C] <> null then Date.From(DateTime.LocalNow()) else null

This colum is a way for me to know when the conditions above were met, since the data is refreshed every day.

How can I make this work? All my atempts so far were failures.

Ok, what I want to do is:
1- Create a column with null values
2- Check an IF condition and fill the nulls with today's date
3- Repeat 2

What is the output expected as your condition is getting executed as per your logic i.e. if all are not null then populate the system date?

Basically I need to know when the condition was met. For example, if I have all columns ticked in today's update, it will return today's date. Then will do the same thing in the next days for the nulls values.
