UPN mapping errors when using Enterprise Gateway

I've got these when I try to set up the UPN mapping rules in the data source using Enterprise Gateway. Any ideas?

Hi @shamsuddeenvp,

How about try it again? Sometimes issues get resolved once you refresh the browser, or please try another browser to see if the issue persists.

Also please update the on-premise data gateway to the latest version. And follow the steps in this article to double check again : Map user names.

I tried refresh, other browser without success.

However I am able to do/update withut any issues outside my office network. No idea what is the issue. Is there proxy or network wich I have to check?

If your office requires proxy to access internet, please follow this article to configure proxy settings for on-premise data gateway: Configuring proxy settings for the On-premises Data Gateway.
