Hello,
We have quite a complicated and protected network at our site. Trying (after debating 5months) to get a first Gateway started we encountered quite some problems. All ports should be correct (not yet for Bus) but when just running the Gateway Setup and then the gateway it says disconnected.
When we use wireshark, we blank the logging, press the 'Check Now' ans see what comes out.
First thing we notice is that for some 'calls' he is using the proxy settings, but for DNS calls he is not. And our CISO guys don't allow direct internet access ...
Not sure if that's the only problem that causes the gateway to say "Disconnected" but might be a first to resolve.

Will do so. Thx.
Anybody had knowledge of a small tool that tests all needed ports and just says what's wrong.
Strange that such a small but handy tool isn't included.
@Anonymous Have you walked through this guide, and explored the troubleshooting guide which is also linked at the bottom of that installation article?
