Trigger data refresh over gateway "programmatically"

Rather than scheduling refresh database over enterprise gateway, is there any way that I can trigger data refresh programatically.

 

Assume that we use ETL process to transform data from csv files into database, it might takes hours. At the end of process I want to trigger data refresh on PowerBI service. Is there any PowerBI API support this?
