Total values in stacked bar visual do not have the ability to change where they sit

Hi team,  Is there a way to change the position of where the total values site in the stacked bar visual.  I can not find anywhere where I can ask it to sit outside the or above, to match all the way across the graph?  Its appears to have a mind of its own 😄

@Ewokz Yeah, unfortunately, Microsoft put like zero thought and/or effort into the vast majority of their core visuals.
