Hello,
PowerBI novice who cannot make this code work. I want to replace any text <> 1101 in the column EEO_BPLACE with 'Outside Australia" and text = "1101" with "Australia".
I've tried multiple versions and got multiple errors, this version doesn't error, but it also doesn't work. Nothing happens.
= Table.ReplaceValue(#"Changed Type7", each [EEO_BPLACE], each if [EEO_BPLACE] <> "1101" then "Outside Australia" else "Australia", Replacer.ReplaceText,{"EEO_FIELD_1"})
Help appreciated, thank you.

Try using Table.TransformColumns instead
= Table.TransformColumns(Source,{{"TextColumn", each if _ = "1101" then "Australia" else "Outside Australia", type text}})
