Hello, community!
I've been trying to figure out how to create a column of "First 3 Scores" that sums multiple columns of distinct User Names rows in Power Query M. Does anyone know what steps I need to take in Power Query to get from the below current state table to the desired state table?
Current State:
| User Name | Score 1 | Score 2 | Score 3 |
| Bill | 80 | ||
Bill | 20 | ||
| Bill | 40 | ||
| Joe | 10 | ||
| Joe | 50 | ||
| Ashley | 20 | ||
| Ashley | 60 |
Desired State:
| User Name | First 3 Scores |
| Bill | 140 |
| Joe | 60 |
| Ashley | 80 |
NewStep=Table.Group(PreviousStepName,"User Name",{"First 3 Scores",each List.Sum(List.FirstN(List.RemoveItems(List.Combine(Table.ToRows(_)),{null,""}),3))})
