Splitting Column with multiples headers and data

So, I have a table from a report that I just want to extract two informations. I was ables to transform the data till the point where I have only two columns: the first is the file name and the second is a column of tables with the report's content that I want (img 1).

The content of the second column's tables is shown in the img 2

So, each table from the column "Transformar Arquivo" has only one column with four rows.

What i want to do is create a final table where i have three columns: first column is the file name, seccond is the "Prazo Contrato" with it respective values (Row 2 from the img 2) and the third is "Meses de Obra" with it respective value too (Row 4 from img 2).

For example, the first row of my final table would by something like the img 3:

 Can somebody help me, please?

For such small tables, it might be worth rebuilding each table like this:

Table.TransformColumns(
  #"Previous Step Name",
  {{
    "Transformar Arquivo",
    each #table(
           {[Column2]{0}, [Column2]{2}},     /*{"Prazo Contrato", "Meses do Obra"}*/
           {{[Column2]{1}, [Column2]{3}}}),  /*{{16, 10}}*/
    type table
  }}
)

For larger tables, you'd transform the tables in a more general manner than specifying where each row value belongs.
