Is there any function/Query step that will force refreshing data from datasource?

I have excel files stored on sharepoint where sales team maintained data.

I want to create CSV file after they finish, but when I am not at work anymore.

I am using Function.InvokeAfter to delay R script generating CSV, but it exports not refreshed data.

Example:

I run query with delay at 16:00.

Sales team changes data until 20:30.

R generates CSV at 23:00 - I want to have data as of 23:00, not as of 16:00.

Any ideas?

Hi @Anonymous 

If you publish reports from Power BI Desktop to Power BI Service, where you can configure schedule refresh for that dataset.

With schedule refresh, the data can automatically update from data source so to show lastest data on reports.

You can set up to 8 times one day for schedule refresh.
