We have a strange thing happening when loading in data from a Sharepoint list with Power Query. It used to work fine but since we changed something at the back-end of the SharePoint list, we cannot use Implementation 2.0 anymore to load the data.
Data using 1.0 method:
Data using 2.0 method:
We did not do any transformations.
Our question: How can we still use Implementation 2.0 to load the data from the Sharepoint list in Power Query? We do not want to use the 1.0 method as this does not give us the column names.

Based on my testing, it has to do with the folders in the SharePoint list. That is, if you create a folder in the list, then the V2 connector will not be able to load the items in the folder, while V1 can.
For example, my list:
Implementation 1.0 connector:
(The content type ID of the Document content type is 0x0101, and the Folder content type has a content type ID of 0x0120.)
Implementation 2.0 connector:
