I'm trying to setup incremental refresh, in query editor I created RangeEnd and RangeEnd two paramenters in Setup these parameters in Query I'm not able to select the option parameter,
Please find Attached screen shot for clear understanding. (Parameter is not showing for selection)

Your column needs to be DateTime (not just Date), or you need to wrap RangeStart and RangeEnd with Date.From in your M code.
