SelectRows under condition

I would like to use this function :

SelectRows(#"Type modifié4", each [Artikelnummer] <> "4" or [Artikelnummer] <> "7" or [Artikelnummer] <> "12")

only when the date in column Date is after 30th september 2019 (30/09/2019)

Could you tell me how to proceed ?

Try this

Table.SelectRows(#"Added Custom", each not ( (  [Date] > #date(2019, 9, 30) ) and ( [Artikelnummer] = 4 or [Artikelnummer] = 7 or [Artikelnummer] = 12 ) ) )
