SUMIF Function in Power query

How to create Power query or M language query for SUMIF function ?

I have following formula available in Excel : 

Quantity =SUMIF( Concatenated , [@Concatenated], On time quantity )

where On time Quantity is depend on Quantity .

please suggest or help me to solve this.

Add Custom Column

 

In the "New column name" field, enter a name for the new column (e.g., "Quantity"). In the "Custom column formula" field, enter 

= List.Sum(List.Select([On time quantity], each [Concatenated] = [@Concatenated]))
